Internet, Mobile, Electricity, Vehicles, Flights, AC, Youtube – Even the greatest kings of the past did not have these. We are all blessed with many wonderful people and things around us.
But the question is – Do we notice these blessings? Many of us don’t recognize the blessings. Gratitude is a great tool that helps us notice the blessings in our life.
In our life, many wonderful things happen daily. But we don’t even notice them. We just take things for granted. We don’t appreciate them. Only when we are grateful for something, it grows in our life. This is the law of nature. So, shall we practice gratitude and increase the number of blessings in life? This is my gratitude journal. Every day, take some time morning and night before you sleep and write down any three things for which you are grateful in your life.
