Easy to Follow Health Tips

We all care about our health and want to give our best to stay healthy. But sometimes, we get caught up in many happenings of life and ignore our health. We get really busy and cannot give that 30 minutes to Yoga or exercise. Can we do something simple and yet impact our health positively? Yes. Answer is Movement.

Movement means we move the body by doing various activities. We can do activities like walking, stretching, cleaning home, household chores, jogging, swimming, yoga etc and keep our body in movement. When our body is in movement, it brings in health and strength to us.

This is an easy health tip that you can follow anywhere. If you are busy with your work, just take 2 minutes break and walk around every 1 hour. Point is to move around.

Are you feeling lazy? Tired? Low? Do you feel stuck in life? Are you missing your creative flow? Do you feel like you are putting on weight? You can solve these problems with one tip. It’s simple and easy, yet so powerful. This is one of the secrets of Okinawa’s Centenarians. It increases your life span. The secret is – Movement.

In modern life, we are leading our lives without much movement and this has become a habit. We are spending more time sitting by watching TV or working in an office and this has become a way of life. Because of that, we could develop many health problems.

What could be really beneficial is – If we can get up from the desk every 30 mins, do a little bit of stretches or a small walk – this can be really beneficial. Our human body is designed for movement. That’s why I planned to this video in movement. Let’s include lots of movement in our life.

How to add movement in daily life?

  1. Take the stairs instead of the lift.
  2. Do your household work.
  3. Take 5 minutes movement break for every 30 minutes of sitting.
  4. Walk to nearby grocery store.
  5. Play with children.
  6. Work out while watching TV.
  7. Stretch your body during commercials.
  8. Stand during meetings.
  9. Take a light walk after dinner.
  10. Declutter your home.
