Instead of starting your day with tea and coffee, which are low in nutritional value, try starting your day with a green smoothie. A green smoothie is full of nutrients like vitamins, calcium, folic acid, fiber, etc. When you fill your body with these nutrients in the morning, your food cravings come down, and it becomes easier to eat healthy the rest of the day.
